QuestionI'm looking to purchase this PC. How up to date are all the drivers and does the PC go through vigorous testing before being sent for retail? I ask because I have purchased a PC from one of your competitors and the system was very outdated including bios.

- Answer Hello JParkin, The computers we have in stock are built on a daily basis and tested on site before being shipped out to retailers to insure the best quality. All new computers will be required to go through updates upon start up, it is just something that occurs for all new systems. Thank you for the question.

- Answer Unfortunately, we cannot specify the brand that is used in system as our brands vary dependent on what we have on hand. However the brands range from major gaming companies such as MSI, ASUS, etc. Thank you!

QuestionCan geek squad pull out the rtx 2080 ti..and put in a different one at a later date.?? Ill drive up there right now and pick up the video card since Apperantly they are like aliens and bigfoot...some ppl have seen them...but do they REALLY EXIST..?? Lol
