QuestionJUST got this rig and very disappointed... First the side panel doesn't come off correctly so i had to prey it Why are there DVD drivers and no DVD driver in the machine? I turn the machine on theres no picture going to the monitor WTF?

- Answer Okay deep breathes, WOOSAH. Alright now, I just bought this today as well and all your problems were solved in 20 seconds of thinking. Instead of just going IT BROKEDED. The side panel top release stays the bottom is spring based so you need to hold that one open while opening the side pane, both releases won't stay open. The drivers are already installed, those discs are for recovery, The reason you aren't getting picture is because the computer is reading the side panel as the main monitor unplug that and boot it up with just your monitor plugged in then plug the other in after set up.

QuestionI just recently bought this pc and does it have a film on the inside of the door. It looks like there is one because there are almost like bubbles in the screen, but i cant find the edge of the film. I dont want to scratch too much at the corner.

- Answer HI, the glass panel on this system comes with a thin plastic film on both sides to protect the system during shipping. To remove the protective film simply unscrew the 4 thumb screws, tilting the panel about 15 degrees and gently pulling it up. Thank you.

QuestionHi! I am super interested in getting this rig, the only question is that so far from what i understand is that the CPU is not water cooled. is it air cooled? if so is it loud? I am skeptical for spending $2000 for a loud computer. thank you!!!

- Answer Hi, this system uses high performance air cooling for which the noise levels are what would be considered normal for a PC fan. Noise levels can vary depending of the type of use the system is performing, however they operate within acceptable levels. Thank you for your question.

- Answer Mine came with a USB Wifi adapter and it's basically as good as my laptops built in chip for Wifi. Tip though, mine came inside the case in a zip-tied usb lead, take it out and put it in one of the usb either on the front or back. I was having really bad connection with the Usb Wifi with it attached inside the case.

- Answer Yes. I run fortnite, PUBG, far cry, and vr on it. I am also running a 3 monitor display and have no issues. I definitely recommend because it is powerful, great to play on, don’t have to worry about overheating, breaking, or having to upgrade after a short time. Get it. I love it.

QuestionI know I can use regular LCD cleaner and appropriate cloth on the outside, what about the inside of the LCD? When it gets dusty and just air doesn't work can we clean the inside as well without fear of damaging the display?

- Answer Hello Corey, you can use the LCD cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth to clean the inner part of the glass. Just be careful not to get any liquid on the electronic parts and be mindful of the wire that connects to the panel. Please make sure to have any liquid evaporate before closing the system back up to ensure no moisture stays inside the case. Thank you!

QuestionHi, Just got the PC, but i'm having trouble with the side panel. Its just that I cant seem to figure out how to get both displays working at once (monitor, Side-panel). My GPU only comes with one DVI port. Am I missing something here?

- Answer You connect one end of the cable from the gpu to the port directly underneath it. There is a PCIE controller installed on the mobo, underneath the gpu. To use the led lighting for the display, there’s an unmarked button, near the top of the back panel of the case, that turns the display lighting on and off. To set up the display once connected, you’ll need to go into your nvidia control panel by right-clicking in your desktop, and go into “set up multiple monitors” option, and make sure it’s activated.

- Answer Yes I see it has gone up a lot so act fast to get yours. I believe its the video card and checking Ibuy they offer theirs at a much higher price. There may be a sale soon at best buy but why wait? Get yours now!

- Answer Yes you can add another SSD. It even has a spot for it. You just have to buy the cable for it. Or you can do what i did and just use the HDD cable. I have 2 SSD. One it can with and the one I replaced the HHD with.

- Answer The motherboard on mine is an MSI Z370A. All z370 should support overclocking. The GPU is a gigabyte 1080 ti OC Gaming Black. My experience shows it to not boost as much as the EVGA SC2 I have. The SC2 regular goes to 1900+ and the gigabyte hovers around 1850 or so.
