- Answer Hi JD, I think you are referring to the display ports on the back of the computer used for the DVI Plus which is a separate product. In which case, display outputs are on the back of the computer and can be used with either DVI/HDMI ports as long as you have the correct adapter for that. I hope that helps you out. Thank you.

- Answer The PC comes with a DVI to DVI cable, the cable plugs into the video card and then directly into the control unit for the LCD panel. After doing that your PC should have two monitors listed under settings, the side panel is just another monitor to Windows. To put graphics or whatever on the side you'll have to download and install Rainmeter (for cpu diagnostics) if you want that displayed on the side panel or Wallpaper Engine (for animated wallpapers) Wallpaper Engine can be had on Steam for like 4 bucks or something.

QuestionThe description states 2 HDMI ports but I only see one. Am I missing something? How do I hook up rift that requires 2 HDMI? I tried a converter but doesn’t work.

- Answer My pc game with 2 hdmi ports on the gpu and i only had one pre iously and was able to play rift with a 1050 ti using a dvi to hdmi adapter

- Answer DVI is all the way on the bottom, the white outlet. Do not use the video inputs from the motherboard on the top left .

QuestionI went to the store to buy this pc but they ran out so we ordered it online but I’m just worried that when it arrives it won’t have the same stuff inside as the displayed one and that windows won’t be preinstalled and that I have to buy it separately

QuestionHas anyone figured out how to fix the LCD screen brightness in the case? Having a really hard time seeing anything through the display. It's like there's a tint on it. The LCD screens on bestbuy and youtube are a lot brighter than mine.

QuestionI just bought this from Best buy and I want to add more ram for the two empty ram slots. Can I just add the ram into the two empty slots when the machine is turn off? And turn it back on? Or is there more too it? Thanks

- Answer Yeah, just make sure their specifications match. You dont want to pair a 2200 with a 2400 even if they both say "8gb ram" If you have 2200 8gb, get that. Best way to make sure is to just take out one ram and take that to the CPU store and have them match it. Would recommending getting completely new ram. My snowblind942 came with Adata ram and I changed it out completely.

- Answer Yes 4k @ 120hz or higher. Right now I'm running 5760x1080 and get 250 fps with a 1440p ultrawide hooked up as well.
