- Answer Should be a relatively easy fix. Remove the two screws on the side of the computer case holding in the tempered glass, and ensure that everything is plugged in. Follow the RGB fan lights to their connection point, as they might have become loose during shipping. Cheers and good luck.

- Answer Hello, Please make sure the monitor and cable you are using are working. If the monitor works on the HDMI port that means the graphics card is working, and should be showing a display for your other monitor. You may have to mess around with your Windows display settings as well.

- Answer Hello, Yes you can customize the RGB lighting on this PC with software. Most of the GPU models we use do not have light up fans, so it probably is not meant to.

- Answer Hello, This system uses our own Trace MR case. We're sorry to hear that your tempered glass panel came shattered, we would recommend exchanging it at Best Buy for a new one since it would be difficult to replace the panel.
