QuestionWe are having trouble having internet sound play through external wired speakers. Music on my computer plays fine, however the internet doesn't. Please advise how to set up this and additionally Bluetooth for speakers also if able. Thx

- Answer We figured out the sound issue was under Edge. We changed to using Chrome instead and speakers will work on internet.. There must be issues with Edge and using external speakers..? Also, if anyone knows if there is Bluetooth capability with this computer. Thanks!

QuestionI’ve noticed pictures from other people that purchased the same model. Do all models come with wireless connectivity where the antennas go? I’m just wondering since the back panel on mine only has the holes for them but no card.

- Answer Hello, If you lift up on the front piece, it should make a click and come away from the PC. You may need to play around with it to get the hang of it, but as long as you are not using an excessive amount of force, you will not damage the PC. Thank you for your question!
