Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z390%20Phantom%20Gaming%204S/index.asp#Download You will want to be very careful when updating the BIOS as it may do more harm than I good. I would definitely encourage you to contact iBuypower support before updating the BIOS.
