“I just bought this PC for my gamer son and after a week it keeps crashing. Blue screen flashes quickly and says it's a memory issue I think. What now? Do I need to return it or is it a warranty thing? Thanks”

Sounds like a memory failure. If under warranty return it. If not under warranty, open the case, locate the memory sticks, and make sure they are securely plugged into the slots. You can also try moving the memory sticks around and see what happens. If that doesn't fix the problem, take it to the geeks and let them diagnose and repair it. After it's repaired, install internet security and make backups of your machine regularly! Believe this, sooner or later the machine will need to be restored and if you don't back up the data, it's lost... my2cents
