Q: QuestionI recently bought this computer and for the most part I love it. But I've encountered an issue with Bluetooth connectivity with Bluetooth mouse and Xbox one controller not staying connected. Has anyone encountered this issue with Bluetooth?

• A:Answer Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific FPS number as that does depend on your game settings. As far as specs go, Twitch recommends having at least an Intel Core i5-4670 processor or its AMD equivalent, 8GB of RAM, and Windows 7 or newer. This PC exceeds the minimum requirements for streaming, but your live stream quality will also depend on your internet upload speeds. Making videos would be about the same, as many people use OBS to either live stream or record videos.

Q: QuestionBought this computer &connected thru HDMI to a Dell monitor which doesn't have sound. It was complaining about audio format unsupported until I went to NVIDIA control and HDMI disabled audio. The sound has not worked since beginning. Any help appreciated.

• A:Answer Hello, Most of your files will be going on the hard drive, since your SSD will have Windows installed on it and will not have that much space left compared to the hard drive. You can put any files on it, and it should show up automatically in your system, so there is no process you have to go through.
