- Answer 50-60s Celsius under normal load. CPU is liquid cooled the gpu cooled by its fans and the case has a fan to circulate air.

QuestionI started this computer but the windows 10 did not and could not activate. I have been reading online to troubleshoot this and the pc should be able to pick up the windows 10 product key from the motherboard and automatically activate. Is this tture?

- Answer Mine had the same issue. All you have to do is go into System, click on Windows Edition (Where it says it's not activated), then hit 'Troubleshoot'. It will then find the Windows Product Key because it is stored on the motherboard's BIOS. Mine was fine after that, and confirmed it was fully activated! Hope this helps :)

QuestionI just picked up this computer yesterday. When I try to open the MSI mystic light program is says the platform does not support this application. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working. Is there another way to control the lights.

- Answer You may have an ASUS board and not an MSI board. Not all of these machines ship with MSI boards.
