A:AnswerHello,
You probably received an older system from Best Buy that still had the older keyboard. You can contact our customer service to request the newer keyboard!
A:AnswerThe graphics card has one HDMI port and 3 Display ports. If your were going to run 4 monitors you would have to get an HDMI to Display adapter.
A:AnswerYou can't directly connect them without adapters as there are no DVI or VGA connections through either the integrated motherboard or the provided GPU.
First, I'd highly recommend getting some new monitors or even a small 4K TV. Especially if you invested in this beast of a machine. The GPU that comes with this can easily push 2K at full settings and 4K at medium to high settings. It might be injustice to pair this with some old monitors.
Alternatively, if you have old DVI capable monitors, you can get a DisplayPort to DVI adapter (or cable). Here's one: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/startech-com-displayport-adapter-black/1363436.p?skuId=1363436. You can easily find them by googling "DisplayPort to DVI".
If you only have VGA capable monitors, same thing, you can get a DisplayPort to VGA adapter. However, I don't recommend this as you're going from analog to digital and vice versa. But if you must, you can easily find them by googling "DisplayPort to VGA".
A:AnswerHello,
The number of USB ports that your system has depends on what motherboard model it ships with. There are a combination of USB 2.0 and 3.1 ports, but there are no Thunderbolt ports.
A:AnswerHello,
There is an AIO liquid cooler in the images. The circle looking part with the iBUYPOWER logo on it is the CPU block, and there are hoses on it that connect it to the radiator that is mounted on the front panel.
A:AnswerI think you can go to the iBuypower web site but I believe the computer will cost you more, not sure. It will probably take longer to get though.
A:AnswerYou'll just need a SATA cable to go with your drive. From there, you may need to clip off some of the zip ties to loosen the power cables so you can pull one of the extra power cables into position. Tip: The drives mount in the back side of the case, opposite the glass, so you'll need to remove that side panel for access, and be prepared to run the SATA cable from there through to the other side to connect to the motherboard (A slightly longer SATA cable would make it easier, but a standard one should be fine.)
A:AnswerLikely not. The 3090 can use up to 450W of power when under heavy load. I doubt this PC has a PSU that is 1000W or higher. Prebuilts typically go with minimum possible for maximum cost savings.
A:Answerit is compatible with the Samsung evo 970 drive. Adding a m.2 drive will disable the sata 1 port on the motherboard. Keep that in mind if you plan to add more storage in the future. For the ram, you can add the vengeance ram but it will not run at 3200mhz. The oem ram is only 3000Mhz. The bios will only let them run to match the lowest speed. Honestly, the 2 16gb sticks is more than enough ram if your using it for gaming and you can always oc the ram in the bios.
A:AnswerYES, up to 128 gb (Total overkill, but mobo will handle 128) .... That's exactly the ram I put it in mine, I'm now running 32gb, along with a 1 tb ssd, and a 2 tb hdd... all the power connections from the power supply are on the right hand side... I haven't seen any problem with NOT enough power from the 650 watt gold standard power supply. This, with my adding all these other additional gadgets I also did a G923 steering wheel, RGB mouse, and RGB lighted 36" mouse pad... Logitech shifter, all 6 of my USB's are being used with stuff, and knock on wood, working FANTASTIC, NO problems, blips, or shut-offs...!!! Good Luck... !!!
A:AnswerYou can move the OS buy cloning it (and everything else) directly from the drive it's on, over to the new one. There's software you can find with a google search that will do it for you.
Mine came with an MSI Z490-A motherboard, but I'm not sure about any others. As for the RAM speed, you can google the model of the motherboard you get, and you'll find all the specs on the manufacturer website! Hope this helps!
A:AnswerHello,
This system has HDMI and DisplayPort connections for monitors. If you are using old monitors they may not have these cables, but you can buy adapters for them.
