QuestionWell first I’m switching to PC from Xbox so is this a good starting pc and does this come with a keyboard and mouse or do you have to buy that?

- Answer Hey World, All of our systems come bundled with a mouse/keyboard combo! As well, this PC is able to handle most titles on high settings. I know that console games styles are not always the same as PC games. If you are looking to try competitive games such as CS:GO, League of Legends, HOTS, OverWatch, etc, then this system will be able to run without issues. If your goals are to play AAA titles, this system can still run then smoothly, but you will have to turn down some settings. - Answer Supposed to be getting this PC tomorrow but from my past PCs that weren't anywhere as close to as good as the graphic card, processors, etc. I'm sure it would stream and record smoothly! (Also a fellow youtube! Check me out I'm FadingV0rtex)

QuestionWhat all in here is upgradable? Can I add more ram, change the cpu, change the gpu, add a ssd?

- Answer Upgrading RAM shouldn't be an issue. As for processors, that's dependent on the motherboard and this one has an Asus Prime B360M-A motherboard. This should support all 8th gen Intel processors with no issues. For GPUs, you need to consider the power consumption. This one has a 400W PSU, so for any upgrades to the GPU (GTX 1070 or higher), I'd recommend upgrading to a higher capacity PSU (600W +) to avoid throttling due to power limitations.

QuestionOk I purchased this Computer on 08-10-2018. It ran perfectly, then yesterday I went to start it and it will not go past the bios. Do I need to return to Bestbuy or contact iBUYPOWER? I only have one game on it and no other programs installed.
