Upgrading RAM shouldn't be an issue. As for processors, that's dependent on the motherboard and this one has an Asus Prime B360M-A motherboard. This should support all 8th gen Intel processors with no issues. For GPUs, you need to consider the power consumption. This one has a 400W PSU, so for any upgrades to the GPU (GTX 1070 or higher), I'd recommend upgrading to a higher capacity PSU (600W +) to avoid throttling due to power limitations.
