“Ok I purchased this Computer on 08-10-2018. It ran perfectly, then yesterday I went to start it and it will not go past the bios. Do I need to return to Bestbuy or contact iBUYPOWER? I only have one game on it and no other programs installed.”

Unfortunately we have the same problem. Best Buy will not support the product they sold, you will need to reach out to the manufacturer to see what can be done.
