“Is there a way to control the front case fans? This is my first gaming PC and the motherboard is an ASUS Z890 GAMING WIFI 7. The 360 radiator for the CPU works fine, but not the front case fans.”

You can check the BaseBoard Manufacturer (search up "System Information" on your PC to check) for any software programs that can adjust fan controls and see if you're able to manually adjust.
