- Answer Hello there! At the moment, iBUYPOWER PCs do not include a sag bracket yet. However, we do include multiple levels of interior foam packaging to reduce chances of component/shipping damage that are usually sufficient. Hope that helps!

- Answer Hello! The RGB lighting on the PC is typically controlled via motherboard software. We suggest HYTE Nexus, but any other lighting control software should work ok too. One of the documents included with the PC will also advise you on RGB lighting.
