Q: QuestionHow to remove the glass side panel? I just got this PC and the directions indicate to remove screws that do no exist on this PC to get the glass panel out. I am assuming other models were used in the printed directions.

• A:Answer there is a edge on the back side you just gotta pull out towards you with a little force you can do the same with the rear panel if you want to test the amount of force you need.

• A:Answer looking at it right now, there's 2 slots taken, and 2 open, and on the website the mother board says it can take up to 256gb of ddr5 ram. The system has one weak link which is the gpu, the 4060 can't keep up with the cpu, so the gpu is the first thing to upgrade.

• A:Answer I have the same issue. I tried a solution I found on the net to retrieve a key using the cmd prompt to retrieve the key, but Microsoft says that key was not valid. You might try it. I think I searched "Windows 11 not activated on Ibuypower PC". Evidently, it is a common problem.

• A:Answer Most likely, it depends which motherboard you get, however if it doesnt come with it, (like 99% of the time bluetooth will come with it) you can just get like a 5 dollar usb bluetooth adapter from amazon. You shouldnt need to do that however.

• A:Answer I think it may have a 2nd M.2 slot. I know it has 4 slots for RAM and the 32 that comes with it is used in 2 slots, so you can expand immediately if you want. The motherboard they put in mine is the MSI PRO B760-VC WIFI. You can look that up and see all the specs.
