QuestionHello I ended up purchasing and I have trouble with the intel dual band wireless ac-3168 my wifi is pretty good I don’t have access to Ethernet but I got a lot of 0mphs drops I wanted to know if there was replacement antennas and where to find them .

QuestionA game I wanted to play was Valorant. But, on download an startup it eventually force quits saying my system requires tsm 2.0. I researched finding that I needed to go into bios and turn on a csm option. Yet, when I do this it doesn't boot into windows.

QuestionI don't know much about graphics cards, but I looked up the RX 570 for this PC, and there seem to be 2 VRAM options, 4GB and 8GB, I know the 8Gb will perform better but how different is it from the 4GB and what other graphics cards could it compare to? ty

- Answer No idea how different it is from the 4gb but it should be between nvidia rtx 1050 and 1060 if I'm not mistaken

- Answer no you need a new motherboard for the 12th gen CPU. You can absolutely put the cooler in the pc although you may need to change the power supply!

QuestionWe just bought this computer (11/2021) and unfortunately - it is not compatible to upgrade to Windows 11!!! I am royally confused as this is a new device. There is also an option to "revert" back to Windows 7. Does anyone else have this problem?
