“Will this system come with XMP enabled, or is this something the consumer is responsible for enabling? If the consumer is responsible for enabling XMP, could this void the manufacturer's warranty? Thanks!”

You will probably have to enable it yourself, I purchased a Rig like this one last year with a Asrock mother board, its no biggie just go into BIOS, just enable XMP Profile and your done.
