- Answer Hello, This system can run GTA V on low to moderate setting online. This is a basic gaming system and would not recommend using it for streaming as it does not have the power to support it. I would suggest looking at the SlateMR289a or the Y40 311A. Both of these systems will have enough power to game and stream. Best Regards, IBP Support
