QuestionI have a wired headset that only has one 3.5 mm audio port, and it has a built in microphone. If I purchase a splitter, will I be able to use this as audio input and output at the same time on this computer?

QuestionI just got mine delivered today and it won’t detect my monitor or even its own screen on the side when I plug them into the video card HDMI port, i saw someone mention there’s something specifically I might have to unplug for setup for this computer?

- Answer Hey Bal, just got my snowblind delivered to me last night and I had the same problem. It is an extremely minor fix or atleast it was for me. Open your case where the screen is and unplug the 2 plug ins going into the graphics card and blow into where they were plugged in at. I sat here for 30 minutes trying to find out why none of my monitors would show up when booting up the PC and my buddy suggested doing this and it actually worked, all I could do was laugh lol. Once you pull those wires out and blow into the plug in spot and then plug the wires back in they are a little stiff but don't rip them out just wiggle them out. Hopefully this works for you as well because this is an incredible easy fix!

- Answer Yes, There is one HDMI port used for the LCD side panel, and 3 Display Ports on the Graphics card, I have 2 monitors and my VR headset hooked up along with the side panel.

- Answer Hello, You can definitely upgrade to liquid cooling. This is a standard ATX case so it should work with most liquid cooling systems. We're not quite sure what you're asking about the motherboard.

QuestionI bought this PC recently and it came with a disk (even though this disk doesn’t have a disk drive) but the disk is called Aorus graphic drivers and utility and it says gigabyte at the bottom. What’s this disk for and why not a download? Do I need it?

- Answer you can download any drivers you might need from the internet. the disk can be used with an external drive which is what I bought and are not too expensive.

- Answer I used Corsair memory. The spreader is lower profile and wider, but looks great between the other two sticks. And XPG makes a slightly slower model that is very available in white (3000 MHz, pc 24000). Honestly, you should go to the asrock website for the motherboard, and use only qualified memory. The list is very long.
