A:AnswerMine came installed with the Aura app - try searching for it in your search bar by the start menu. It wasn't clear what it was for but it controls the RGB on my machine. I've included a screenshot of what the app icon looks like. It was on my desktop after installing Windows. Hope this helps!

A:AnswerNO, you cannot swap an intel CPU for a Ryzen unless you swap the Motherboard as well.
Intel CPUs have LGA socket whereas Ryzen cpu uses AM4 socket so the motherboard has to be compatible with the cpu.
