- Answer Hello, You can measure the fan size yourself, but mot of our cooling fans are 120 or 140mm.

- Answer Hello, This PC should not bottleneck. Bottlenecking would mean one or more parts of your system is not operating at it's fullest potential because it's being held back, but this configuration should work nicely.

- Answer There is disc that came with the computer that has drivers and applications on it. You need to install the program called "Dragon Center." I believe that it can be download from the MSI website as well. You will want to select the "Mystic Light" tab when you are in the application. There was also a program that came preinstalled but didn't work for me. Just uninstall that.

QuestionI purchased this computer from Best Buy and noticed under device specifications on the desktop, the installed RAM is listed as 8GB instead of 16GB. The performance tab on the Task Manager also shows the memory at 8GB. Why would this be showing as such?

- Answer Hello, Please look through the side of your system to see if there are 1 or 2 RAM sticks. If there is only 1 RAM stick, that means your PC was built incorrectly, and you can contact our customer service team to send you a second stick of RAM. If you see 2 RAM sticks, that means there may be a technical issue, in which case you can contact our tech support.
