• A:Answer Yes, I purchased this for my 10 year old son who plays the aforementioned games. With a good monitor and internet, it's great for a young gamer. With upgrades, it would be better, of course. For the price, it was within my budget.

• A:Answer No, the PSU that comes with this system is a 600 Watt. The CPU alone takes up between 72-75 Watts and a 4060ti can take between 500-550 Watts. A 3090 will require around 750 Watts on its own.
