QuestionCan anybody confirm which harness works with this system and a 2017 Subaru Legacy, no HK audio. Installation tech recommended one SKU 6295360 but this is sold out on BB. Any alternatives to this harness? Thank you.

- Answer Remove everything from your cart except the iDataStart system, then go to your cart and you should see a sentence starting with "Special Offers" click "see all" at the end of that sentence. Once you do that, you will see a popup with all the items that you need that are compatible with your car when you put your vehicle info in the "iDataStart" product page.

- Answer No, it just turns the car on for you. I set the temo and fan speed before exiting the car. So it'll be warmed up or cooled down depending on your need.

QuestionMy remote start won’t lock-unlock after I remote start my car. I have to put the actual key in the door to unlock the car after I remote start it. Is this normal? My last one was able to start the car then able to lock-unlock when I wanted before entering

QuestionOn my 2014 Acura ILX will this unit keep my car running when I unlock and open the driver door. Unlike the viper system which I was told would kill the car when I open the door. Then having to restart it.

- Answer Yes it remains running but you have insert your key and turn it one click to the on position otherwise when you step on the brake it will kill the engine

- Answer I have it installed on my 2010 Chevy Traverse and i love it. I didn't need my OEM key fob once i had this installed. You shouldn't need yours either.

- Answer These are just remote start systems. If you want one of these as well as one including an alarm with it, you will need to upgrade further up then this. They do sell whole alarm sysytems which include remote starts and has key phobs but its more money.

- Answer The ignition key is different then the key phob. The key phob can be programmed if you have zero key phobs, each are programmed differently. I dont think they will program a second ignition key and cut it for you thats normally a locksmith. But if its a key phob you have this will make 3 that you can have. They program the phobs differently tho.
