First, remove the AC adapter from the back for 2 minutes. Then, update your time zone in the iHome AVS App and the Alexa App. Our Support Team is here to help. Phone; 1-800-288-2792.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check to see if the time zone is set correctly and that the DST is not effecting the alarm time. The other thing is making sure that Alexa is understanding you good. I know you may have already checked this but that is the only answers I can come up with that might be effecting it. Oh the other way is to check the phone app and try setting it in there first and then go back and see if you can have Alexa change it, see if once it is paired to the phone if it helps.
