It depends on how close to each other they are. If you have the microphone turned on, on both units and they are close enough together both units will answer. You would have to shut off the mic on the unit you don’t want to answer. If the units are far away from each other you shouldn't have an issue.

This unit doesn’t have what is called a gentle wake feature. The alarm comes on immediately on the volume that the alarm was set for.
A:AnswerIt seems like you have the auto dimmer on the AVS app turned on.
1. Open the AVS app.
2. Select Setting icon on the bottom right.
3. Select Display Brightness
4. Select both setting on brightness high

wake-up time. The alarm icon will appear on the iAVS16 display to confirm
that your alarm is set.
