- Answer These are not volume reduced headphones. They do have a built In microphone which allows calls to be received when listening on a smartphone. Please turn the volume up on the phone/device. - Answer Change the audio source. If you area streaming from an App, restart/power cycle the mobile device and try a different app, then try to listen to audio without an App that is already downloaded to the mobile device.
