• Yes to syncing. Don't know about conference calls. It will make calls but I've not tried it.

• I synched mine with my iPhone. Does not work well for conference calls unless you are just listening. It is difficult for someone to hear when you speak into the speakerphone.

• It easily connects to my iPhone but I haven't used it yet on a conference cal.. The sound quality is good.
