• Make sure the speaker is not auto-connecting to a previous device. Restart your phone. Turn on speaker and then hold pairing button for 2 seconds. When it appears in your BT menu, choose to connect.

• Hold down the button with the phone receiver emblem on it. Hold it down for a few seconds. It puts the speaker into pairing mode.
