Q: Can it be submerged in water and still work?
A: Well it floats and is water sealed.. Not sure why you would want to submerge it.
Q: My speaker won't connect to my Samsung Luna, I don't know what to do?
A: Make sure the speaker is not auto-connecting to a previous device. Restart your phone. Turn on speaker and then hold pairing button for 2 seconds. When it appears in your BT menu, choose to connect.
