“Can I set the alarm with my phone? Also, if I have a set work schedule, but work different times each day will I be able to do custom “work week” alarms? And does the work week have to be Monday thru Friday?”

Hi Melly, Alarms must be set on the unit itself. This unit features a 7-5-2 alarm which means you can set an alarm for 7 (every day), 5 (weekdays) or 2 (weekend only). The 5 day workweek alarm is Monday through Friday.
