- Answer Nope, my wife just hooks them into the headphone jack and they work pretty darn good for such a reasonable price. We had to get them, while on a trip, because she forgot her regular pair and had a bunch of Zoom meetings.

- Answer It is possible. You need a wireless headphone. I have a sony wireless headphone and I can hear it from my headphone as well from TV speakers at the same time.
