• Yes, if the iPhone 13 Mini is NOT in a case, the coil will not line up properly with the wireless charging coil. But, we supply a spacer IWBTW200-IP12INSRT that will lift the phone and align it to the charging coil in the unit.

• It comes with an adapter for the iPhone 12 mini. I would guess it would work with the 13 unless there is a significant size difference.
