• Yes! Imagix supports multiple kids. They can switch between Ellie and Ember anytime by simply saying “Switch Character.” Each child can also have their own profile so the device remembers their progress separately.

• I had the same question! I used the manufacturer's chatbot which replied "Yes, the Imagix Crystal Ball lets you switch between Ellie the Fairy and Ember the Dragon via voice commands during an open chat session without needing a factory reset."
