You’re very close — this usually means the app hasn’t entered device setup mode yet. Here’s how to connect the globe step by step: Open the Imagix Portal app and make sure you’re logged in. From the home screen, tap Add / Set Up a Device (or Set Up New Globe). If you don’t see it immediately, look for a +, gear icon, or Devices section. When prompted, make sure: Your phone is connected to Wi-Fi (not cellular). Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Plug in the globe and wait until it says it needs to connect. The app will then guide you through selecting your Wi-Fi network and completing setup. If the app is already open but not showing the setup flow, fully close the app and reopen it, then go straight to device setup again.
