Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, thanks for posting, and sorry you’re running into this. If a device appears stuck in update mode even after a factory reset, it’s usually related to the update not completing cleanly rather than a hardware defect. In many cases, this can be resolved without replacing the unit. We recommend trying the following: 1. Unplug the device, wait about 10–15 seconds, then plug it back in and allow it time to complete the update. 2. If needed, perform another factory reset and keep the device plugged in during the update process until it finishes. Opening a second unit typically isn’t necessary, as this behavior isn’t usually caused by faulty hardware. If the update still doesn’t complete, our support team can help troubleshoot directly at [email protected], or chat us on our site myimagix.com. We appreciate you checking for suggestions here and hope this helps. — Imagix Team
