No. It is a cushioned interior semi-rigid case with a normal plastic zipper which will pass water if submerged so it will fill up and sink. It may float for a bit but eventually it will go down.

No, the GoPro case does not float. You need to buy a floating thing that you put on the back of the case.

There are other accessories to make it float however.
