Hi! You can comfortably use an iPhone 13 Pro Max case for an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I actually have the Oragnicore for iPhone 13 Pro Max on my iPhone 12 Pro Max as I type this. However, you cannot use an iPhone 12 Pro Max case on a iPhone 13 Pro Max as the 12's camera section is smaller than the 13's.
