A:AnswerIf you put the model or sku number into the search bar at the top of the Best Buy home page, it will show the item info. Click the link below the description that says "Check shipping and availability". It will tell you if it is available LOCALLY. If it's not, you can call or go to your local store and ask them to look the item up in RSS (this is the inventory system Best Buy uses). They can check stores outside your "local" area. Sometimes they can special order or transfer the item from another store. They can also see if more of that item are on order.
