My daughter uses it and it has not yet. Only been a couple months though.

The case front does not cloud up...but I use a plastic screen saver that sometimes does not fit so well and has impaired the view.

Had it for about a month. no issues. I figure in time it will develop wear and tear as with anything else.

I have had the case for a few months and it has not clouded up thus far. It also does not seem to scratch as easily as the HARD plastic clear cases available for cheap online. Despite being thrown around quite a bit the case still looks like new and has protected my phone beautifully. I have not been disappointed with it so far...
