Based off the product SKU, the case maker has it listed for the G5S plus.

Please try again later.Best Buy needs to correct their ads for this product as the manufacturer and other distributors all post this as for the G5S Plus, not for the G5 Plus as they are dimensionally different phones. The MT-406-BLK and the MT-406-BPK are for the G5 Plus model. Sharp eye! Good catch!

I also ordered another phone and it was the wrong phone. So be very careful when ordering a case for your cell phone. The case will fit good for the information I gave you always check the phone with the correct numbers for the correct case. I had to learn the hard way.
