is this case shock resistent ?? is face protected null

Yes, 6 feet falls and there is a lip to protect the front from falls and from scratches when placed face down.

So far with it has withstood multiple drops but no the even though there is a raised edge (so the face does not hit flat surfaces) there is no face protection. I would recommend a good screen protector with this case.

Face is not protected, I did buy a screen protector. I have dropped my phone twice on the concrete and the case protected it with no problem.

It doesn't have a screen protector, but it will protect it from minor drops and falls. My son has dropped it multiple times and I haven't seen a scratch on the phone. I added a generic screen protector and cut out my own holes to match the phone. A screen for a Galaxy S6 will fit pretty well.
