• A:Answer Doug, it depend what you want it to do. If you are streaming video from the internet, you do not need an HDMI cable - just a WIFI network is needed. If you want to connect another device to the TV without an HDMI cable (like a WII game console), you can do this with the yellow/red/white AV cable (not included). The video quality will not be HD in this case.

• A:Answer You can try removing the Netflix application on your Roku TV and adding it back again. To remove it: Go to the Roku TV home screen. Highlight the Netflix application and press the * (STAR) key on the remote control. Choose "Remove channel". To add Netflix back go to the home screen again and choose Streaming channels > Most popular and choose Netflix. When you run Netflix now, it will ask you to enter your email and password.
