• It allows you to select 4k (UHD) shows, however I was not able to prove 100% it streams in 4k. On my Vizio 4k tv, it allows you to check your resolution and it shows 4k however I can't do that with the Insignia TV.

• With Netflix you have to pay an extra fee to have access to the 4K content , there is limited content offered in 4K for streaming. As of right now. Hope this helps.
