“Does this TV do native 4k @ 60 Hz over the HDMI port? I'm hoping to get this as a secondary monitor and needed to make sure that was the case. Can't go back to 30Hz for productivity.”

Yes, all of the TV's HDMI ports are capable of doing 4k resolution at 60Hz.
