• A:Answer It is basically designed to sit on a counter, so, of you have something you can sit it on to make it higher , you can sit it under your cabinet. I do not think the top is designed, as it is now, to be bolted to the underside of a cabinet. If you could install a "wooden box" for it, beneath the cabinet, you could insert it into that. It is a great microwave and looks small but has a big interior with a rotating glass 10 inch surface and 11 inches high x 11 inches deep and 6.5 inches tall, while using the rotating glass plate.surface.

• A:Answer The power button allows you to lower the amount of energy used by cycling the magnetron on and off at varying intervals depending on what number you choose from 1-9. Think of it like the notches on the stove burner starting at 1 for low flame uo to 10 for high flame. I believe if you choose 0 for the power the microwave will double as a timer and count down then play the finish alarm without actually firing up the microwave to cook.

• A:Answer No, what makes that happen is when people continue to hot items without covering them the steam will damage the inside of almost all micorwave's. Sometimes you'll see rust and other times your see the protective covering from the inside of the microwave start to bubble . Now, if there is food left on it in time that will cause any object that contains metal to rust . That goes for even ovens. I hope this is helpful.
