A:AnswerThis only had blue tape in the back for the cord. No tape anywhere else which is odd because I had purchased another microwave for a family member in the past which had tape everywhere. Still won’t open.
A:AnswerThere is no warranty in essence. Insignia does not answer calls when one is calling about a defective product. Therefore one is forced to purchase an extended warranty from a third party. This may not even get one's product repaired or replaced.
