• You can download whatever you need. I guess your questions is whether it can play mp4 file. Yes, it can play mp4 videos with appropriate player, there are many available for download for free. BTW, Samsung tablets or any other android tablets can play mp4 video files without any problem. Again, you just need to download appropriate app.

• Yes you can. This tablet (unlike the Samsung tablets) runs windows NOT Android so it is much more like a laptop than a tablet.
