• Yes, the usual Windows 10 stuff, plus some games and Office (bring your own Office license), camera software, Groove music, Minecraft, and Plex. Anything you don't want can be uninstalled - it's a regular Windows 10 install, so the applications aren't burned into firmware or anything like that.

• It comes installed with Windows 10 only. The purchase does include antivirus software, which imho, is not really needed. The antivirus included with Windows (Windows Defender) is adequate.
