• If you use a USB-to-ethernet converter, it will connect to the internet that way (assuming you have that service available). Although it is WiFi capable (out of the box), ethernet connections sometimes are faster, more secure, and more reliable, and sometimes that is all that is available in overseas (e.g., Japanese) hotels.
